Appeared to be as ordered. Was on the day I was promised. I've not seen them, just a pic...
I wanted same delivery, and evidently no florist was available for Sunday delivery. I was not told this, even after calling in several times to find out the status of the delivery. Yes, I got my 2.99 same day/weekend charge refunded, but I was expecting same day delivery and didn't find out until Monday morning that it wasn't going to happen.
Your company needs a way to notify customers THAT DAY, so that they may change their plans if they so desire.
I will not be using this company again or recommending.
My package arrived two days later
I ordered flowers and chocolate. Flowers delivered. Chocolate was not delivered. This is a fraud of the buyer! I'm very displeased.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
