Great customer service!

Great customer service! I appreciated the email that I received stating that my product could not be delivered on the original agreed-upon date and the prompt refund back to my card. My friend enjoyed his gift and it was better than I expected. I would definitely order from here again!

The service charge was a surprise at the end. Had to reevaluate when I got to the last step.

Survey only gave two choices: received or did not receive. These flowers were sent to someone in a different state, so we could not confirm until we spoke to the this week.

Very happy with the flowers

Very happy with the flowers. They arrived beautiful and fresh. The shipping and handling was a bit pricy especially I spent $17 for the flowers and $15 on top of that for shipping and handling, but the reaction when the flowers arrived was totally worth it!

While the surprise birthday week flowers for a very good friend arrived in good time, I have to admit that I was a bit disappointed since the photo my friend sent bore very little resemblance to the arrangement's picture that I ordered. My friend said the bouquet was beautiful; however, I expected a little more color
Than one shade of red when the order example was more colorful and included a stargazer lily. However,
My friend was pleasantly surprised and the order was delivered in a very timely manner.

I wanted same delivery, and evidently no florist was available for Sunday delivery. I was not told this, even after calling in several times to find out the status of the delivery. Yes, I got my 2.99 same day/weekend charge refunded, but I was expecting same day delivery and didn't find out until Monday morning that it wasn't going to happen.

Your company needs a way to notify customers THAT DAY, so that they may change their plans if they so desire.

I will not be using this company again or recommending.
