My sister was very happy with the Fruit Basket that was delivered on time even though there was a snowstorm going on at the time. She said all that fruit made made the pain from her knee surgery seem like a lot less! I will definitely order from you again and again! ( I was a little disappointed that there was no pineapple as pictured but my sister didn't seem to mind at all)

The ordered was scheduled for delivery 3/12/17, it wasn't delivered until 3/13/17. Received an email saying it would be delayed but no reason given. The recipient sent me a photo of the flowers and I was disappointed. The arrangement was more greenery than anything. I am not satisfied with this particular arrangement or the delivery delay.

At the upper 20% of expensive. Deceptive purchasing process fails to indicate at $14.xx up-charge for "service fee" until the final approval screen. Not kool, not friendly, very deceptive. Product was spectacular. My aunt called the florist and complimented them on the perfect product upon receiving it in the Vancouver, Washington area. THAT made my and her day too. Tweak that interface to fully disclose costs from the beginning.

I was disappointed that you do not say there is NO Sunday delivery. Your ads say "Same day" or "Next day" which is very misleading! My sister didn't get her flowers on her birthday which was Sunday. They were delivered late afternoon on Monday. Bad job!

My only complaint is that the website checkout page doesn't work properly. The PayPal option keeps returning me to "review order"; I was forced to select payment by credit card.

So far, this is my first time with this site. I will reserve judgement once knowing the quality of the flowers and delivery satisfaction.

The order arrived on time and my sister thought the flowers and vase were "cute". When I saw a photo the flowers were not the same colors shown on your site. I picked the gift for the color combination but she was happy nonetheless.

Great customer service! I appreciated the email that I received stating that my product could not be delivered on the original agreed-upon date and the prompt refund back to my card. My friend enjoyed his gift and it was better than I expected. I would definitely order from here again!

The service charge was a surprise at the end. Had to reevaluate when I got to the last step.

Survey only gave two choices: received or did not receive. These flowers were sent to someone in a different state, so we could not confirm until we spoke to the this week.
