It was a present for my son

It was a present for my son. He said they so delicious! Thought I was told they would be in a reusable cooler, but he said no. He lives in a different city than me. He sent me a picture and they looked good.

When I clicked on the flowers I wanted to order at the price that was listed, the next screen gave me 3 options at other prices for flowers to look like the ones I clicked on. I thought that was a bit strange. If the picture showed the flowers and then I had to pay more for them to look like the ones I was ordering, I thought that was misleading. I paid the extra, however the flowers arrived, but really didn't look exactly like the ones I ordered. They we nice and my daughter appreciated them, I just felt mislead.

I sent flowers to my sister in Ohio for her birthday. She was very happy. They are beautifully done. I also ordered chocolates and a teddy bear. The teddy bear even came with a yellow scarf and that was a nice touch.

Very easy to find what I want and to provide a card at no charge. It hasn't been received yet, so I'm not sure about the delivery. However, the picture online for the flowers I bought did not match what was received. This was disappointing. Not sure if I will order from this site in the future.

Was surprised with the $14.99 charge but ordered anyway...because the flower arrangement I selected was beautiful!
The delivered flowers were NOT what I paid for! I paid for the deluxe (highest price one) and received what looked like the basic flowers. I will NOT order from fromyouflowers again!

Thanks for the hidden fees, the order was late but luckily my girlfriend was still at work. I do apreciate the gift card. Communication needs to be worked on between the florist your company contracts with. If I am in the future ordering flowers last minute I probably won't use this company. Your site guarantees 4 hours and it took 6.

Be transparent about "service fees"

Be transparent about "service fees". If something is listed at X price, I expect to pay that price plus taxes. If there are "Service" fees that include delivery etc., then it should appear as soon as I enter a zip code, not when I am on the final payment confirmation screen with a new price that is 50%+ greater than the advertised price.
