If you're sending flowers for a sentimental reason never used this business. With advance notice of what is needed they can't get the order straight and the flowers were not delivered! Waste of time on phone with agents.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
