I put an order in yesterday to be delivered today. It was scheduled to come today between 9-5pm, but they couldn't get a florist to fulfill my order so they sent me an email at 3pm about how the order cannot get fulfilled and it was postponed for the following day delivery. I specifically ordered the plant for today and they didn't give me enough time to find another florist for same day service.
I am highly dissatisfied with their service. I called customer service and they gave me a refund of $2.99 for the same day delivery fee and offered me a $15 gift card. Why would I want a gift card to buy from them again with their terrible same day delivery service? Their flowers are expensive and with terrible service.
Do not use their delivery service. I suggest going directly to local florists.

The flowers were sent to my mother who was in the hospital in another state. She said they were absolutely gorgeous. The buds and blooms were huge and the colors exquisite. I received emails updating me on the status of the order. I will definitely use fromyouflowers.com in the future.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
