The ease of online service and guest checkout was great! The flowers were just as beautiful in person and my mom loved them. She lives in Louisiana and I live in Mississippi so it was great to send her something that would brighten her birthday, while we don't live close. They were delivered efficiently also. Because if the address I have to purchase $39.99 for free delivery. It is a business address near the center of town. I don't understand why I cant purchase $24.99 with free shipping when you run that promotional.

Shopping experience was decent but it doesnt really give me all the info on the product before hand. Also, I felt like it was a bait and switch, I was expecting one price of $27 plus $2-3 delibery based on what I'm seeing throughout the whole shopping experience and then when I'm ready to purchase after inputting all my info there was a balloon payment of $45 at the end. That's a significant jump in price and should be told up front so shoppers can identify if they want to pay that much for the product. Same day/next day shipping cost was reasonable but regular shipping cost is high compared to other flower businesses.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
