On line the flowers were $47.99, set up for same delivery so I was charged $2.99, then $14.99 service fee? Wasn't informed about the service fee till my order was placed. To me, too much. I could of sent the same flowers for $59 with $3 delivery fee. I was mislead.

SO THE FLORIST GETS PAID $39.99 THEN THEY HAVE TO MINUS THEIR DELIVERY $10.00 SO THEY HAVE $29.99 TO MAKE AN ARRANGEMENT I PAID ALMOST $95.00 FOR... THIS IS TERRIBLE, AFTER TELLING THE FLORIST I DIDNT BELIEVE THEM, AND THAT I WAS GOING TO REVIEW THEIR COMPANY FOR BAD SERVICE, THE FLORIST WAS DECIDED TO PROVIDE ME WITH ALL OF THE ORDER INFORMATION SO I COULD SEE THEY ARE TELLING THE TRUTH...
