I was surprised to see such a large handling fee. However, it was still cheaper than going direct to the local florist. I had the flowers sent to my niece in another state. She received them within 2 or 3 hours after ordering. She sent me a picture and they were beautiful and included the balloon that was in the website picture. Overall, I couldn't ask for better service or product!

I am a very unsatisfied customer and will never order from you again. I ordered 3 to 4 days ahead of time to make sure my order was nice. I sent this to my wife's job for her birthday. How embarrassing for her to receive and having to arrange her own half dead flowers. I even ordered the vase with our picture and it came in a sticker form that you have to put on yourself. She didn't even know it was in the box until I asked. Which was all suppose to be a surprise. Companies always think they can fix things with a discount or "I apologize" well what about my wife's birthday and her receiving this crap at her job. I am really hurt and disappointed, embarrassed and did I say...very hurt! Never again will I order. Then my wife informed me that it was the same place she ordered from when I received bad flowers in a box 2 years ago and she never ordered from them again. I order flowers because I /we do not know how to arrange them or do not have time in our work day to bring to their job so that's why I paid for the professionals to do it. Im quite sure you don't care if you lost 1 customer, but 1 customer you did lose. NEVER AGAIN!

Disappointed in the size and quality of the bouquet. I was comfortable with the description being at the florists discretion-that often has been a pleasing result given their taste in what looks good and is fresh in their store, but I wasn't prepared for a delivery of only the cheapest flowers stuck together in a completely uncreative manner. Not saying I was expecting the moon, but the quality was not commensurate with the cost.

My total order was $62.00 for a bouquet and balloon. The bouquet seemed much less full than the picture, and looked more like a grocery store bouquet than from a florist. Also, there were typing errors on the card. My mother's 70th birthday was listed as 80 and when she read the card to me, it was not legible. I won't use this company again. The positive is that the flowers were delivered on time.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Ordered flowers for a funeral that we could not attend. They were delivered to the wrong location and by the time the error was fixed there was just over an hour left to the service. I could have given my money to any online floral company and from here on I will. I can never make this ok. There is no belated funeral...I would think that when dealing with the loss of loved ones this would be taken more seriously.
