I had paid the extra fee for the flowers to be delivered yesterday because it was an option for me. However it was actually delivered the next day. I'm glad it did arrive and it was lovely. But the extra fee was unnecessary.

So first of all the arrangement had exactly seven flowers in it so I paid $60 for a box of chocolate one balloon and 7 flowers in a vase not satisfied

You need to be more up front about all the cost otherwise my granddaughter received her flowers when she arrived home from the hospital. This elicited a big gleeful thank you on facebook.
I ordered a bouquet for my mother in law on April 2nd an they were scheduled to be delivered the 4th. Come the 4th the driver calls me an says that she isn't home and refuses to leave it on the back porch regardless of my permission to. Without my permission she left it with a neighborhood after I told her she's old an sick an doesn't know her neighbors. We repeatedly tried to get the flowers but the man wouldn't answer. I call them they say they will send another one and upgrade it or give me a discount on the old flowers if the guy ever answersand have it sent the next day. The next day instead of bringinn the new flowers she gets the flowers from the man who answers the door for her and that's it no new upgraded flowers and no discount for al the bull$#*! I had to go throught for some flowers for my mother in law.
For the amount I paid, the bouquet was tiny.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
