I went with a local florist to try to save money and get a better arrangement. I could have done just as well with 1-800-FLOWERS. I do appreciate the trouble you went to deliver them when she wasn't at work. However, I won't order through you again.

The flowers were left on the doorstep but the recipient got a phone call later to see if she'd received them. I would have preferred to have a special instruction box so I could tell them not to leave them outside in the cold.
