It was simple.
Well my sweet husband was trying to surprise me with flowers Friday. That didn't happen, we called & they could deliver them Saturday. At 4:00 pm I realized they had not been delivered. We called again, nope they won't be delivered til Monday. To say the least how unprofessional, no call or notification whats going on. I was reading the websit, your flowers will be hand delivered in 4 hours. I completely understand stuff happens. This last call we canceled the order. We did get a sorry. You need to figure your s**t out. I'm irritated to be honest.
My recommendation is DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IF YOU WANT FLOWERS. Very unprofessional...

My mom absolutely loved her bouquet!
The flowers were nothing like the photo I ordered from. I was very disappointed because it was for a dear friend who had just gotten home from surgery.
The flowers were not as pretty as I thought they would be. The sunflowers were tiny and the other flowers in it were just ok. Not very attractive but I liked the mason jar.
I ordered the tiered "birthday cake" made from candy. I had it sent to my daughter's college dorm, and it was a huge hit. It arrived in perfect condition, beautiful presentation, colorful, packed with packages of colorful candy, all made to look like a three-tier cake, wrapped with a ribbon. Better than a cake, and she and her friends "dug in" to all their favorite candies. Plenty to share with all her friends in the dorm and then some, it was like a birthday party arrived in a box. Very happy.

This is my 1st time Ordering from this floral site! I'm truly hoping the flowers I picked look exactly like the picture! My Daughter received the Flower's, Balloon & Teddy Bear in the Hospital Maternity Ward, So I actually Never saw them. She said the Flower's were Nice but Bear was Really cheap looking,For $20 dollars! (I Ask her to keep anyway, beings it was it was his 1st gift! They are in NC & I live in MI.All in All Easy Site to use.Thanks for being there when I couldn't!

I feel the flower price was deceiving and it was made up in the handling fees. Post you flowers prices appropriately and reduce handling fees and customers would have less shock when they see a $39 arrangement is going to cost them $69
