I wanted a simple $27.99 arrangement when I requested that your site told me there was a minimum delivery charge to that location. So I ordered the premium version for $43. Then when I went to check out you had another 1499 for service and handling. By the time I was done I was paying twice as much as I originally started to pay. Somehow that does not feel very straightforward to me.
A little pricey but all else ok
The arrangement was not the same as the picture. Delivered on a Saturday, I don't even know that anyone was home. It was scheduled for Sunday.
Very easy to shop on. I had surgery the other day and can not drive for a few weeks. This site allowed me to order and have the flowers the same day
The flowers that arrived looked great. I had two issues...one side of the arrangement looked liked it was against a wall all day...I paid for the premium or whatever the top upgrade was...it doesn't look any different then the standard in the photo.

The get-well flowers you delivered was nowhere resemble the picture you display on your website. It was so poorly arranged bordering misrepresentation. On top of that, we paid an extra fee for the flowers to get delivered on Friday April 7,2017, but it was not delivered until late afternoon the following day (Saturday). We were very disappointed with your service. We will not do business with FromYouFlowers.com again.

I was able to see the arrangement and noticed some of the lilys had dark creases in them, and some were wilting, so it wasn't exactly what I had in mind... the roses were beautiful - but the person who received them knows her flowers so when I saw the flawed lilys I was a little embarrassed and disappointed.
Might want to ensure fresher flowers are used for the arrangements in the future...

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
