The flowers were not delivered the same day as i requested.
The delivery charge was a little too expensive.
1. The flowers were supposed to be delivered on yhe same day (7th) with an extra fee charged. But that did not happen and neither the recipient or I received any phone calls about it.

2. The flowers were still not delievered around 8pm the next day. I was notified that home deliveries are usually made before 6pm. When I called the CS center, they tried to reach the local vender but failed to do so, and told me the delivery was not going to be made that day(8th). From that response, I decided to cancel my order since the gift already lost its timing. HOWEVER, later that evening the flowers were delivered. So I should let you know that the flowers+delivery fee should not be canceled!

3. The flowers delivered looked very different from the ones in the picture. I specifically chose this item due to its purple color, for my friend is a purple maniac, but were provided with pink flowers. We still love them, but was a little disappointed. If they were to be so different, there should have been some kind of notification.
I ordered from Germany. Before answer to my questions and support by mail was immediately and clear. And flowers were beautiful and fresh.

I have never ordered from this company (from you flowers) but I well find out when I go to the service if the flowers are really nice. I will give another feedback after the service as to the quality and appearance of these flowers. Well I seen the flowers that I ordered and they were beautiful. Everyone was commenting and asking where I purchased them. They were fresh and crisp. The arrangement was just beautiful I am so satisfied I will definitely order from (Fromyouflowers) again and tell everyone I know to do the same. Thank you so much.
