Because your picture on your site is of the "Deluxe" version of the order, the price below it is not accurate. To get the picture version, you have to add 10.00 onto the order or receive a "lesser" version. This is not right. You are just as expensive as FTD, etc. because of this. But you do a good job with the order so I appreciate that. How about making your deluxe version the regular one. This would be good PR. And how about a coupon I can use anytime. Thanks!

When the driver delivered my flowers, he asked to use my bathroom.
I would like a refund on my same day shipping as well as an apology for the deliver being late with absolutely NO warning or tracking.
My sister just had major abdominal surgery and she says the flowers that were sent make her day as she recuperates on bed rest.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
