Didn't list delivery price till the end of the order. It'd be nice to know earlier in the ordering process. Delivery was prompt and on time. This was a gift to someone and from the pic they sent the bouquet looked nice.
I bought the bigger of the arrangements and its disappointing. Its small and infected with what seems to be bugs. No impressed with it at all.
Decent prices and a good selection...won't know how the service is until the flowers are delivered.
Easy, beautiful and fresh
Unfortunately, I've had to order sympathy flowers twice this week! Delivery is fast as promised! They follow up well too, to ensure customer satisfaction!
Love this site. I ordered a mixed plant display and she got mixed succulents instead. (Assume plants were not available so substitution made). Also, ordered GET WELL Balloon and she got HAPPY BIRTHDAY instead. Luckily her birthday is in July. But she was happy with gift anyway. Will still use services as I was pleased overall.
I think the price is a little much.
There was a shipping error and though my order was scheduled for next day delivery, that did not happen. It was a day late. However, every person I worked with at fromyouflowers.com was kind and understanding. They provided excellent customer service. I know that the reason the shipping was messed up was not due to their company, could have been COVID-19 or UPS' error, and they provided an amazing solution that will make me use this company again. Shady business practice...sneaky up charges. I would recommend that everyone check the delivery prices!
Overall I was very happy with the flower arrangement. The arrangement delivered had some small differences than what was pictured. The container was different which wasn't a big deal but the one in the picture was a better shape, and the arrangement of flowers was not quite as attractive as what was pictured. It was missing some of the small cascading pieces. Still beautiful, just slightly disappointed.
Arrangement was missing long green circular leafed stems around the flowers. This arrangement did not have the golden Happy Birthday script inserted in the flowers. The clear glass vase was also missing, a green plastic looking vase was substituted.
The arrangement I ordered from your webpage differed greatly from that which was delivered.
I paid for a 'Deluxe' arrangement, but I think a standard basic version was delivered.
I will take my business elsewhere for future floral purchases.

Ordering was easy. However, Extremely disappointed on the floral arrangement when my mother received.
I paid around $80 after a discussion with my sister it was a poor value for what I paid. My sister felt it was a $40 arrangement. I can not tell you how upset I am. These were for my mom's 80th birthday so I ordered the premium bunch. I am very unhappy. Have ordered from you before...not likely I will again.
