The choices are mind blowing! I wish they had some sort of way to build a custom flower arrangement with specific flowers and colors.

I sent these flowers to my cousin who is celebrating his 89th birthday. He loved them.

Non-delivery, charged me $183, disappointed both the intended recipient and me, made 100 excuses for non-performance (none valid). Seriously, if you can find another florist, I strongly urge you to do so as this lot are incompetent.

Purchased premium level flowers and they didn't look like high quality. The number of flowers was much lower than price and pictures indicated. Disappointing for me personally.

The shipping fee plus the extra fee to deliver "same day" seems excessive ($19 to deliver some $30 flowers sucks). I don't remember the delivery price being so high last time I used this site. The flowers were pretty once delivered but they were not delivered in the Mason jar that was pictured and in the description. Instead it was a plain case. I chose the arrangement partly for the Mason jar. Not pleased about that.

I kept loosing my order because it said I had the wrong password. Yet there was no option offered to reset it! I finally put my order in, as a guest. This is frustrating! However, I was able to complete the order and they were delivered to my family member's home the same day. Thank you.

Delivery to an address in another city within 2 hours of ordering, without any special handling. Picture of the flowers looks almost exactly like what was ordered. We were very impressed!

While I love your floral arrangements and appreciate your delivery times, the $14.99 fee is quite high.

SO FAR, it's been ok. A bit expensive since it doesn't tell you the ~$15 Service/Handling until the very end, and I didn't think I'd chosen a ~$50 bouquet to begin with. It remains to be seen if the flowers are as beautiful (and PURPLE) as the picture.

The delivered arrangement was NOT the same as the ordered one, but it was very nice and loved by the recipients.

My niece cried when she received the beautiful birthday flowers bouquet, that looks like a cake. It is beautiful!

Simply transporting the flowers out of my car into the restaurant for my daughter's birthday, the balloon was so flimsily attached that it floated off before I can even make it eight feet from my car. There's no way I knew to go around and ensure that everything was firmly attached I expected that from the flower service.

My Dad loved the flowers. Thank you for great service and product.
