I was disappointed that my arrangement didn't get delivered yesterday as requested/paid for. However, I was very pleased that you sent an email notifying me that it didn't get delivered and you would refund the money that I paid for the same day delivery. That saved me having to contact you and being upset and not understanding why it wasn't delivered. This was a sympathy arrangement to the bereaved's home so at least it wasn't delivered to the funeral home late. So, although I really wanted it to be delivered yesterday, the family was at least back home today to receive it, albeit late. The arrangement is also evidently very nice so I can't complain there and I like your notification system, which is appreciated as well.

The arrangement was smaller than pictured but was still beautiful. The vase was not the same but I liked it better than the one that was pictured so that was okay. The price was okay on the flowers but delivery price was a little high. Overall everything was good. Not to worry. I will use again if ever needed.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
