Easy check out and shopping. Only thing was the "surprise" service fee of $14.99 at the end, after I entered credit card info. Would be nice if it was more upfront before going through that. Decided to pay anyway and order, but I personally don't appreciate the sudden hidden fee at end. Anyway thanks!

Since I ordered the deluxe (biggest) size, I was expecting something MUCH larger. It was beautiful but very small for deluxe.

The site made me reenter my item and card message for no reason. It also didn't tell me how much shipping would be until the very end. I feel swindled and dissatisfied, and I doubt I'll order from this site again. I was so excited to send my parents a housewarming present.

Easy and convenient
I've used this site for prior orders and there is always a nice selection to choose from and they are reasonably priced.
Your site is extremely deceptive regarding charges. The first time that I see the charge for shipping and handling is on the page before I confirm the order and purchase. That should be upfront and made known earlier. I backed out of that purchase as it almost doubled what I was expecting to pay. Please be direct. You would get many more sales that way.
Delivery:
There was a minor issue with the address and they called me to correct it, which I am thankful for. However, I paid extra to have it delivered that day/next day but it didn't arrive until the following day. So I hope that someone might fix that for me.
I was dismayed that my aunt received a (large) candybar instead of a box of chocolates. Otherwise, I'd give a 5 star rating to the Happy Birthday cake made from flowers- gorgeous!
