At first my total was a certain amount, then it changed up significantly when I checked out. Also, when I saw the products (flowers), they were smaller than anticipated and the flowers on three of them were withering. They were not perky and fresh - very disappointing.
Arrangement was delivered AFTER the promised time.the recepient stated she received it at 5:30 pm. And this is a business place. I called & was told should be before 5 pm? It was a bday present & I was concerned that she might missed it. Stressful waiting day for me.

I had placed an order online 10ish am in MST. The website said it must be placed by 3pm for same day delivery and did NOT clarify that certain days of the week make a difference. I wanted the flowers delivered in the Central Time Zone which would have been 11isham when I placed the order. EVERYTHING went through. AFTER the purchase was made, I rec'd an email within 5-10 minutes stating my order would NOT be delivered until the next day. I immediately cancelled my order and felt very misled by the website and service explanation.
I'm excited to see if she loves the flowers.

My mom loved her bouquet but the gerbera daisies died within 3 days which is pretty disappointing.
It was very easy to place my order. I saw the flowers at the funeral home tonight and was very happy with them. The stepping stone was not in the flowers, but a beautiful angel was. I was greatly pleased with it. Well done with my order.
The price could have been cheaper plus i was charged for weekend and it actually was delivered on monday.
