I was surprised when you charged me extra $14.99 at the end for handeling service? When i made the order there was no indication of such charge, even when i saw the total before the last step. This is not fair and rip off. Hoping you could refund that extra charge. At least next time inform customers of such extra charge in advance.
This is my 3rd time using y'all. Thank u for the easiness and the good quality flowers that have been sent so far.
First, I was very irritated at the fact that I couldn't see all the charges before filling in all the required information. You need to tell people how much delivery will be! I'm looking at the total price, not just the low price of the bouquet.
Second, the bouquet was very substandard. Some of the flowers were wilted and not fresh and the water was dirty. It looked as if they had made it a couple of days ago and when they saw I got free delivery, got the old one in the back of the refridgerator. I called the FTD florist directly and the manager said he would send a new one in the morning. My mother said that the new flowers were nice. I shouldn't have to call anyone after ordering and paying for the flowers. This is a problem with ordering online. I've had it happen before. You all need to send out a memo to all the florists or we won't be buying from you again. Sincerely, Phil Thrash

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
