The individuals to whom I sent the flowers immediately called me to say how spectacular the flowers were, how great they smelled, and how beautiful the arrangements were. I was so pleased to hear this since I could not actually see what was delivered. I will continue to use fromyouflowers.com because I am very pleased with the products. One day, I may actually send some to myself just to see how great fromyouflowers.com actually is.

The arrangement looked less attractive than the picture which was supposed to be the "middle" one. I paid for the best one at the upgraded price and was very let down by what it looked like when it was delivered. It looked less full than the picture.

I found the website difficult to navigate from my iPhone. Took me far too long to place an order. The flower price (and discount) was fine, but the delivery charge seemed quite high. The flowers pleased my grandmother very much, she says they are lovely.
The surprise handling fee of $14.99 really cut into my flower budget :(

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
