I ordered the premium product which was the top offer & they received 4 roses & 4 lillies & 2 or 3 filler flowers. Can't imagine what they would have received with the 2 lower options available. I would have gladly paid more for a nicer arrangement of flowers. I am only a new grandparent once!

I ordered same day delivery and paid extra for it. Was also charged a $15 handling fee, which seems a bit steep. I didn't realize it until after I placed the order. The arrangement was nice and it arrived the same day.

It was very easy to order on line, quick delivery and great customer service. I had the recipient of the flowers take a picture of them. I was disappointed there weren't as many flowers as was in the picture that I ordered from. I emailed customer service a picture of what I thought I ordered and what they received and customer service credited me 25% back on my order promptly. I was very happy after that.
Your site was very easy to use, I didn't mind paying a few $ extra for same day delivery, thank you.
