The flowers were two days late. Delivered to apartment manager because you claim they didn't have apartment number which in fact had been supplied at time of order.
Flowers were picked up at apartment managers office two days after promised delivery when manager didn't notify recipient that the flowers had been left with them.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
