I don't know what a handling fee of $14 was for. I didn't know there was a fee until the very last page.

Flowers looked nothing like the picture however I was given a discount after calling in. However, it wasn't about getting a discount back it was about having a good product sent to a special friend as a surprise and it wasn't pleasing or worth the money that I had spent. I still don't know if I would order from This company again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
