Pricy. Couldn't get the flowers that I wanted 'cause they're not available in my area? Really? Purchased another flower arrangement instead. The flowers look great but needed some extra "green" in the vase as the vase (big and clear) looks half full.

Your service and handling fee seems a little high. Other than that, the website is very easy to use.
I don't know what a handling fee of $14 was for. I didn't know there was a fee until the very last page.
The product wad just left on the front porch, not covered with any paper or plastic covering.

Flowers looked nothing like the picture however I was given a discount after calling in. However, it wasn't about getting a discount back it was about having a good product sent to a special friend as a surprise and it wasn't pleasing or worth the money that I had spent. I still don't know if I would order from This company again.
