I ordered an anniversary boquet in the morning to be delivered the same day. It was delivered as promised, the flowers were fresh and the other item were also immaculate, Thank so much for the job well done. Appreciate it very much.

This is the third time I have ordered from this site. I am not happy at all with this order. It was for a funeral and I decided to order a fresh flower arrangement of lilies and roses of a specific color. I was so disappointed in the size and quality of the flowers. I didn't expect a huge amount but I did expect more than what was used. My husband was very upset with what we paid and what we received. He even made the statement, "What did you pay, twenty dollars for that?!" When I told him $49.97, he was very upset and I was too. Well it won't happen again as I will not order from you again.
I was completely satisfied with the delivery and product delivered. I would have liked to have know what florist location the product was sent from so I know it was sent locally.
The flowers were nothing like the ones pictured
It was easy to navigate through the site. Very convenient and helpful for delivering a special gift to a loved one.
Everything was easy to order. However, it said if I placed my order before 3:00 pm that it would be delivered that day. But they were unable to locate a florist in the delivery area that could deliver it that day. So it was delivered the next day. Luckily the funeral wasn't until the next day so it still worked out this time. If I was on a time crunch For delivery I will most likely call a florist directly next time.

The Flowers were late, the arrangement was a mess, only 1/2 of the vase had living flowers, the rest were dead, or the flowers were cut off the stems and only the stems were in the vase, never will I shop with you again.
It came a day early and was much smaller than I thought it would be.
I had the worst experience using your delivery service. I cannot believe what you all have put me through with order of a plain old flower for my girlfriend. I placed an order around 7:30 or maybe 8 but it took all most 12 hours for my order to get there. Then all the customers service all said something different. Then I asked for a refund on the delivery that was deliver late. So your employees said OK sir you can keep the deliver and we will refund you your money too. But all this is recorded so I'm not in the wrong you're promising me delivery by 1 o'clock not 6: -8 pm. So this $/29/2017 morning your driver carefully came and picked the flowers back up. So they give me no all my refund. I think I deserve something better for my inconvenience then my refund. I want fresh delivery or I will post a bad review on your website

I ordered flowers for my moms birthday on a Wednesday and they were to be delivered on Friday. I even payed for express shipping. Well that just didn't happen. I called their horrible customer service to be told they were 'sorry for the inconvenience' and promised it would be delivered on friday, then late friday night and then finally first thing in the morning saturday. Welp that didn't happen either. It was only after I called for the fourth time that they said it was on its way around 3pm. Horrible service. They didn't even use the right mug...
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
