You advertise same day delivery - it's why I chose you to deliver flowers to a staff member. Had I known that your advertised offer was patently false or that the value of the flowers for what we paid for them would be so poor, I would have shopped elsewhere. There was almost $18 of handling and delivery fees - you offered to refund $3.00 of that because you did not meet my delivery expectations/your advertised offer. I will not shop here again and would encourage others to go elsewhere...
Flowers were sent to my daughter who received them while I was talking with her. She immediately called me back using FaceTime to show me the bouquet - it was perfect! Thank you very much for delivering exactly when asked and making such a pretty gift.
