The flower was delivered one day earlier than it was scheduled. The flower was pretty, but did not look quite the same as what showed on the website pictures.

Thank you, i thought i ordered flowers that costed $30 ish dollars It came to over fifty, I was surprised, the product was great, my sister who is in hospice really was surprised and happy! She wont be here to much longer, and you guys made her very happy!

On april 28th I ordered flowers and bear from you guys for a same day delivery. You guys sent me a email saying that you couldn't send the flowers the same day, even after took my money saying that you would. I am disappointed you didnt even bother to call, just an email. If i knew this was gana happen, i would of never ordered from you guys. Dont offer people same day delivery if you cant deliver.
When you order flowers from a picture offered by the company... You hope that's what will be delivered but you know there are variables that may prevent that from happening. The delivered flowers to my goddaughter were not what was pictured but they were beautiful nonetheless and she loved them. The added roses were a nice addition to a tropical flavored arrangement
Turns out that the same day delivery was about the only thing concerning this experience that was positive. First, there was a large additional charge for "handling" on the order which took the price from "that's right on the edge of being too expensive", to "holy crap! Who in their right miond would pay that for that?". Unfortunately, as a habitual procrastinator, I was in a jam and decided that as long as it looked as good as they represented it online, I could get myself to live with it. That turned out to be wishful thinking. The arrangement was not delivered in like or similar condition to what was advertised. The daisies and other unknown blooms were dry, shedding petals profusely, and basically in the process of dying when it was delivered, and it was not in the reusable, useful container it was supposed to have. That container was the main reason for my selecting that particular arrangement. Being able to use the container or repurpose it, rather than it ending up under the kitchen sink with the other cheap vases was important. Overall I was very disappointed with the product delivered as described to me by my girlfriend. A redeeming note in favor of fromyouflowers.com, they promptly refunding the entire price I paid without question. That doesn't make me look any less like a cheap bastard to my girl but it was the right thing to do. Will not be shopping with them again

There is a nice array of product choices. The downside is the way the products are priced. I recommend the
"actual" price is placed on the product. I spent a good amount of time shopping and weighing the price against the products. Come to find out at checkout, a significant handling fee was added on at the last moment. Conversely, when one buys milk at the grocery store, one can be sure at checkout, the cashier is not going to tag on an additional service and handling fee on top of the advertised price, just for having to scan and bag the item. Frankly, these extra fees are getting out of hand and leave the buyers feeling a bit swindled.
