Shipping & handling isn't stated before order is placed and is very high! Was not delivered on day requested. I asked for shipping/ handling to be refunded and was told it would be.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
