I'm very unhappy with my purchase. It looks nothing like the pictured plants, and was delivered in a basket instead of a bowl as it was supposed to be, which made it look even cheaper. The plant is completely different. I wanted them to have something really pretty. Now I feel as though I just wasted my money ordering from this site.
Good will use again
The flowers were to be delivered to my brother's house yesterday so that he could take them to the cemetery today as it is the 4th anniversary of her passing. Not only did they not get there yesterday, they were not able to get them to his house by 11:00 am PST. I am very distressed that they will not be on her grave today. Please don't say 'same day delivery' if you can't do it.

Great- pricey but lovely flowers.
Only problem is I forgot my password and I never received email with forgotten password so I had to sign on as guest! Also $14.99 seems high for delivery and then to tack on and extra $4.99 to get it there in the am was ridiculous, shoot that almost the price of the flowers

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
