I ordered the Snicker's Bouquet for my friend's birthday and he loved it! The delivery was on time. I had an overall fantastic experience with from you flowers.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
