Fast and easy shopping online and a few days later delivery successfully & timely completed. Quite amazed at how quickly they put everything together and delivered, and how easy it was to complete such tasks.

Absolutely will use this site/company again in the future and would highly recommend to friend/family members if and when the opportunity presents itself.

I'd like to thank you for your fast response. However, it was not satisfactory. If you look at your front page, it tells you the price of the item as 34.99 a slash over the price then 27.99, before you go order it, it tricks you into providing your information and offers you a code (which you can not enter anywhere) and then continues on. Therefore, the $7.00 should be in addition to the discounted price. It is called false advertising. Secondly, no where does it say there is a delivery charge. They do have an expedite fee which you are asked if you want. I understand that you have to make money somewhere and it is the delivery charge. I order flowers locally all the time and the delivery charge is included in the price. Too bad you don't disclose the total price at one time so people don't feel the way I did.

This website is absolutely horrible and extremely disappointing. Today May 4th is my son's 21st birthday. He's away at school and I wanted to send him balloons because I won't see him until next week when he comes home. I specifically said I wanted the balloons delivered at 1:30 when he would be home and I was told it would be no problem. It is now 5:30 and he hasn't received them yet. I called customer service 3 times and each time they called the florist and each time no one answered. How can no one be available to answer the phone, how does the florist do business. I should have bought the balloons myself and shipped them UPS to make sure he got them today. If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself. Thank you fromyouflowers.com for ruining my son's birthday surprise. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN and you don't even deserve the 1 star, 0 star is better.

The rainbow roses are beautiful. I ordered a dozen for my mother for Mother's Day. I was a little disappointed that the custom vase is nothing more than a regular vase with a printed piece of waterproof paper that's inside the vase with me and my siblings picture on it. I thought the vase itself would be covered in the pictures but it's nothing more than a colored printed piece of paper with the design I chose and the pictures I selected. Overall my mother enjoyed the roses and even the vase. You should be more detailed about your custom vases.
