My order arrived a day early--instead on my mother's birthday. Phooey! What is the point of picking which day I want it to be delivered if you just deliver whenever its convenient to you, regardless of customer requests.
Advertised price was for a smaller bouquet than the one pictured--very deceptive! To get the bouquet pictured, add $25, then the service fee, then an out of country fee. I feel the prices and the examples shown next to prices are very deceptive and dishonest.

The price was great. Unfortunately, it turned out to be---you get what you pay for. The flowers were not delivered until 6:45 in the evening. My parents watched a girl driving by their house, making phone calls, who eventually stopped and took the flowers out of her car trunk. They said that the flowers had probably been pretty, but were wilted and looked like the girl had been driving around all day with them in her trunk. Maybe you should use a new florist or delivery service? I would think that the flowers would have been in good condition had they not been riding around in a trunk and delivered so late in the day...

Overall positive experience from start (browsing and selecting/purchasing items) to finish (delivery of purchased items), including timely delivery and efficient/professional updates as to delivery status etc.

Fast and easy shopping online and a few days later delivery successfully & timely completed. Quite amazed at how quickly they put everything together and delivered, and how easy it was to complete such tasks.

Absolutely will use this site/company again in the future and would highly recommend to friend/family members if and when the opportunity presents itself.

I'd like to thank you for your fast response. However, it was not satisfactory. If you look at your front page, it tells you the price of the item as 34.99 a slash over the price then 27.99, before you go order it, it tricks you into providing your information and offers you a code (which you can not enter anywhere) and then continues on. Therefore, the $7.00 should be in addition to the discounted price. It is called false advertising. Secondly, no where does it say there is a delivery charge. They do have an expedite fee which you are asked if you want. I understand that you have to make money somewhere and it is the delivery charge. I order flowers locally all the time and the delivery charge is included in the price. Too bad you don't disclose the total price at one time so people don't feel the way I did.
