Easy to order. Flowers delivered as scheduled.
The flowers were delivered earlier than expected. They were sent to a family member. I don't know if anyone called to make sure someone was going to be home. If i understand my niece correctly, they were on her front porch when she stopped back home after running an errand. Fortunately she hadn't left for work yet. It has been a rainy, windy day here in Richmond, Va.
The shopping has been great. The proof will be in the product and delivery. The friend to whom I sent the basket of flowers sent me a photo of them, and I was a little disappointed. The colors in the photo from which I ordered were bright and varied. The basket she received was more of a monochromatic purple, which was a little dreary. Since the flowers were intended to cheer her up, I felt they missed the mark.
Delivered at 8pm. Woman broke the flowers exiting her car with her 3 yr old son. No mannors. Horrible. I'll be calling for a partial refund.

Ordered 2 bouquets on 5/4/2017 for delivery on 5/5 early in the morning. It's 5/5/2017 2:09PM we received one one bouquet and it looks like it was taken out of garbage... Looks nothing like flowers in the picture. Called customer service stayed on hold for 40 mins to ask where is the second bouquet and the answer was we don't know but the flowers will be delivered today.
Worst flower company ever... Please find a different one.

Unfortunately, when we arrived at the funeral we were shocked at how small the flowers were that we ordered compared to what others ordered elsewhere for the same price.

Being out when the flowers were delivered she was contacted and was able to tell the delivery person where to leave them. This was done and followed up with a photo showing her where to find them. Order flowers for my wedding anniversary to have delivery to her work and the where never delivered. So they said that they will delivery them to the house which they did but delivered the wrong flowers. I had would never every order flowers with them again!
