I requested and paid for weekend delivery and same day option to not only find that the delivery was never made and further more the order still was not even processed. The company has guaranteed service in bold print on the site itself yet I was only given credit for only the weekend delivery option. I was very disappointed as this was very important for this order to arrive that day to only find that nothing was delivered nor was I contacted that there may have been an issue of any sort. Even after calling I was never told why the order was never delivered.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
