The flowers were not delivered on the date I requested until almost 6 pm. The person I sent them waiting all day long. That is rather a late delivery time. Usually they are they by 5 pm at the latest and it would be noted at the time of ordering that they would be a late afternoon delivery. The person I sent them to asked if I really sent her something...

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
