I shouldn't see a $14.99 delivery fee at the very end of checkout. That price should be clear up-front before spending all the time filling out the card and inputting my credit card. I thought my total was going to be $36.99 not $51.97. Took me by surprise which is never a good thing for customers. Then when the flowers arrived, they were half dead
