This is hands down the worst and most unreliable company that I've ever encountered! Placed my Mothers Day order well in advance on Apri 7th for a delivery on May 14th. My Mother lives 8 hours away from me and wanted to be sure my order was placed well in advance, especially since this was my first time using this company. Usually I receive a call from her before noon thanking me for the gorgeous flowers. I was very surprised when I called her at 2 and she still had not received any flowers. I tried for 1 hour to contact someone about the matter with no success, imagine that! Finally at 8 pm I received a call from my mom saying that she just got her delivery and the lady dropping them off said they didn't make it on the delivery truck? So glad I placed my order so early!? I had her send me a picture of the flowers and lets just make late even better by not looking anything like I ordered! Never again will I use this company and they have no business being in operation and ripping people off!

Do not buy from this company, at least in Miami don't do it. I ordered this same bouquet and the vase was supposed to be red, instead I received a clear one with dirty water. The bow was missing, the flowers were faded and withered. To end, the note was written with a very ugly handwriting, I could have done it myself millions time better. Not to add that you pay 14.99 for shipping and handling plus 2.99 if you select specific date, and in top of that they delivered the day after.
Very sad, and if you want to impress someone go and order somewhere else. My grandma and uncle received flowers that seemed from a street light corner. Actually those people sell better flowers.

PD. They have three types sizes, the premium which is supposed to be the tallest arrangement is nothing special. Regular size flowers in a simple base.

On Mothers Day 2017, I ordered a deluxe flower arrangement for my mom, I paid $13.00 extra for Mothers Day delivery. The flowers were beautiful on the website, don't know if they would have looked that good in person, as they never arrived. Tried to call customer service and waited on the line for 45 minutes before I finally got fed up and hung up the phone, called my bank and cancelled payment. Save yourself the headache and stay as far away from this company as possible.

Flowers still haven't delivered and it is now three past the day I requested. Monies were taken the same day the order was placed. No response what so ever from Customer Service via phone or email. Complete lack of respect for the customer. I will never use this company again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I had asked that the flowers be placed on back porch is no one was home, guess I should have specified the porch inside of fence.
It was a little smaller than I expected for the price, but my Mother loved and it was beautiful.

NEVER AGAIN. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM FROM YOU FLOWERS! For mother's day 2017, we purchased four different women flowers. The flowers we ordered DID NOT look like the flowers we ordered. For two of them, we purchased premium instead of regular because when you clicked on the sizes off the website, it shows the difference in the flowers from regular to deluxe toopremium. The flowers looked so beautiful that I decided to purchase deluxe. On Mother's day when we got there, it was disappointing to see what was delivered. I was very upset the flowers I purchased was not what was on the website. The flowers shown on the photo were completely different from the flowers that we listed and shown. I could have just bought $9.88 flowers from Walmart and made my own flowers. I would have been happier than paying over $50 for each set of flowers I bought from From You Flowers.

The flowers were delivered timely and represent the picture displayed on the site. The quality of the flowers was very good as well. All of the flowers were healthy and are still blooming 6 days later.

The company failed to deliver Mothers Day flowers on Mothers Day, providing no explanation, offering zero customer service to fix the problem, and above all, they abused the trust I gave them to deliver flowers to my mother on her big day. BIG FAIL to an organization that failed to come through as promised, and a company that does not seem to care about its customers in the least!

As a florist for over 15 years, I would just like to warn anyone about ordering from from you flowers or any online floral site. I've been a floral designer for many years, and this company as well as others (Ava's flowers, blooms today and many more) are a total ripoff and are destroying the industry I've worked in forever. It's hard to explain exactly how it works, but these companies basically show these beautiful pictures, for next to no money and ensure you that's what you will get same day (sometimes as late as 7pm, which will never happen). In reality, for an example, you pay $100 to them for a picture of an arrangement, they then send the order to a florist like me for a total of 29.99, maybe 39.99 if you are lucky. The florist fills it to value and covers delivery. After the customer is extremely upset obviously, makes us florist look awful as if WE are ripping someone off, when they just took on average over $50 just to transfer your order. I hate these companies, they are completely making all florists look bad which is definitely not the case. My shop usually blocks these companies, we will not accept their orders for these reasons. We gave them a shot this holiday and let me tell you it was a nightmare, never again will I fill an order for them. Word of advice,, always CALL a local florist. Even if you don't live in the area you would like to send to, then call YOUR local florist. They will ensure that you are directed to a real reputable brick and mortar shop that will take make and fill your order themselves. Yes flowers are expensive, talk to a real flower shop though and you will not get ripped off

I should've looked at reviews BEFORE placing my order. Wanted to surprise my sister for Mother's day and placed an order for flowers. What they sent was a pathetic attempt at what I ordered. The online picture showed a full vase of flowers and what my sister received was this sparse pathetic looking vase. While I knew they could substitute flowers there wasn't a single flower in the arrangement that matched what was online. See pics for the difference. I did complain and they said that the florist sent what they were supposed to but since I wasn't happy they gave me a 25% refund on my purchase. That doesn't solve my problem - the flowers were awful looking. Great customer service would have offered to redo the arrangement so that my sister received what I ordered.

BUYERS BEWARE!

I NEVER REVIEW ANY COMPANY BUT I AM THIS ONE. I ORDERED MY MOTHER SOME FLOWERS FOR MOTHERS DAY BUT WANTED THEM TO GET THERE A DAY BEFORE. I ORDERED ON MAY 11TH TO BE SURE THEY WOULD GET THERE ON MAY 13TH. AT 5:40 IN THE AFTERNOON I CALLED WAITED 49 MINUTES FOR THEM TO FINALLY ANSWER ME. THEY CONTACTED THE FLORIST AND SAID THAT IT WAS OUT ON DELIVERIES. WELL 3 HOURS LATER I CALL BACK AND WAITED FOR THEM TO PICKUP FOR AN HOUR AND 30 MINUTES. WHEN THEY FINALLY ANSWERED ME THEY SAID THE FLORIST SAID THEY TRIED TO DELIVER WITH NO SUCCESS. MY MOTHER AND FATHER WAS AT HOME WAITING BUT WITH NO LUCK NO ONE SHOWED UP. WELL THEY SAID THEY WOULD REFUND ME 30% OF MY MONEY AND WOULD GAURANTEE THAT IT WOULD BE THERE TOMORROW. I WOULD GET AN APOLOGY BY EMAIL. WELL SO FAR NO EMAIL. IF MY MOTHER DOES NOT GET HER FLOWERS TOMORROW I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO 1800FLOWERS THEY ARE A LITTLE HIGHER BUT THEY ARE A RELIABLE COMPANY. FLOWERSFROMYOU IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. BUYERS BEWARE!

Placed order on Wednesday 5/10/17 never delivered I called promised for the next day the 11th no delivery then either called and was promised on the 12th nothing either it is the 13th of may and no delivery either now they are saying wait until Sunday 5/14/17 pathetic company getting a refund and never going through them!
