It's easy and simple but the arrangement was not as the picture kind of pricey
I ordered a premium flowers but the regular flowers was delivered. Didn't even get the $20 difference refund. The florist couldn't even get my message correctly. I gave them another chance and order again. Paid extra to have it deliver on mother's day but they try to deliver it on Friday instead. She was at work and had to go pick it up herself. Call the custom service and was on hold for over 45 minutes. I never do business with fromyouflowers.com again and if you want something done right, you wouldn't either.
Horrible piece of crap service. Ordered flowers that were $48. Priced almost doubled to $84 upon payment. Was supposed to be same day delivery for my GF travelling in the US and they didn't arrive. She was only there for a day and now she WON'T get them. What a bloody waste of time and money.
RIPOFF WEBSITE. I'll be posting a RippoffReport next and make sure consumers are aware that you guys are are buying and faking your reviews.
Don't use the service. I ordered the $48 flower arrangement for my wife for Mother's Day. I'm glad I was here to receive it when it arrived. When the lady gave it to me I asked was she sure it was my order. She said it was. It was nothing like the picture shown on the site. The flower arrangements they are selling at Wal-Mart are bigger than this. It looks great and the florist did what she received the ticket for.
The company is taking your money, but sending requests to florists for arrangements in a lesser and smaller value than you paid for. I will start using the florist that delivered the arrangement from now on. I will be cutting out the middle man. If you have a local florist you trust, my advice, use them instead!

This company is a fraud. Go elsewhere. They do not use florists to fill your order. They use "vendors". I was absolutely mortified by my flowers- and handful of nearly dead, cheap stems that cost $50.00! Looked NOTHING like the photo. I would give them zero stars if I could.

The arrangement was nothing like what was represented Not even in the same ball park. Other than the daises none of the flowers where what was in the picture. They also only sent 6 flowers. I was giving a partial credit. She said something because mothers day is coming that they cant send another arrangement out. I was also promised a gift card for $15 and have not seen that yet. When i called to ask about this the girl just said its in the email and give it 24 hours and said have a good day and hung up... First and last time i order from this place. I usually read reviews but this time it was a impulse thing for a get well present for a family member..
Flowers ordered for same day delivery - all that arrived was an e mail excuse and an offer to credit the same day delivery charge - wow; promised for next day; did not arrive - all that arrived was a call asking if my address and the recipients address were the same - why the call? Don't know. Advised at that time that the flowers are "out for delivery" - hours later, no flowers
As I write, it is early evening and I am on the phone waiting for a representative and all I have received in the last 35 minutes is a recording telling me my call is important

None of the displayed prices on the site is correct. At the last moment, as you complete your transaction, these scammers slap a $15 "service fee" on your order.
This is a MAIL-ORDER SITE. There is no physical store that you can visit to pick up the flowers yourself, and therefore there is no excuse for a "service fee." It is impossible to decline this "service" and still obtain the product, making every price displayed on For You Flowers a LIE.

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day, got an email stating they were delivered! And NO THEY WERENT! Called a couple times and nobody answers the phone! Worst company ever!
The dozen of yellow, long-stemmed roses arrived on time, in perfect condition, and were of excellent quality!
My mother was SO PLEASED! She loves yellow roses, and I am thankful to be able to honor her with them now while she can appreciate the cheer and sunshine they bring into her life.

Don't waste your time, and money with this company. I have called 4 times for them to give me excuse and answer. All 4 times i waited up to 40 minutes on hold. And the same answer "we will make it right" they have try to deliver the flowers twice and no my mom have not receive them. The florist that from you flowers contracted said they have delivered them but no. Its not true... today the 05/12/2017 I called again i waited for 40 mintues again. This is just HORRIBLE WORST SERVICE EVER... DO NOT CALL THIS GUYS TO DELIVER FLOWERS SPECIALLY IF ITS A SURPRISE OR A GIFT...

It was 6am a week and a half ago. I was up early and decoded to send my. Mom mothers day flowers for this weekend. I hastily clicked on the great deal from you flowers was offering. Placed my order and then freaked out because I realized I didn't even check any reviews for the company. After I read 100 or so negative and horrible reviews I went into chaos mode trying to cancel my order with them! Lol low and beholdni could not reach anyone after several attempts. So then I prayed and held my breath, hoping for a mothers day miracle. I have sent my mom flowers maybe 5 tomes in the 13 years of her moving to Philadelphia. I thought for sure, I'd just messed it up! However, I am pleasantly surprised and pleased to announce they actually came through! I couldn't believe it! My mom texted me this afternoon telling me ty and how beautiful they were! I had her send me a pic cuz I was scared to death they were going to be god awful! But they were so pretty and beautifully arranged! I feel bad for all the people who had horrible experiences with them. But I am sooooo9 very happy and thankful they came through for me!
Order #******* - horrible customer experience...the front end of ordering was easy, in other words the giving of your money for a product to be delivered...was to be by noon on a Thursday for Nurses week to someone who gives their all as a nurse to everyone else...didn't get there, waited on hold three times for over 20 minutes then simply waited...almost an hour on hold someone came on and said they would contact the florist, contact me back in the morning...didn't, no flowers for the Nurse, when I was on hold again for almost an hour again the CSR that answered said...we cant get ahold of the florist...how about I give a 30% discount and a redelivery...I told her she should find a new job...planning to contact BBB, attorney general in my state and the trade commission...I feel this is classic "I promise, don't deliver, and if I keep you on hold long enough (with the worst music ever) you will just walk away"...Don't do it...I have used all of the on line flower shops and just when I thought I could not get a worse experience...from you flower exceeded the bar a mile...get flowers anywhere but through this service
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
