The flowers were not as nice as the picture and it was suppose to come with a balloon and there was no balloon. I could have purchased this bouquet for $20.00 and I paid $50.00 to have these delivered for my daughters birthday and they were missing the balloon.
Everything was great I just want expecting shipping & handling to be so much. The lady /place who delivered only got paid 29.99 for delivering it. I ended up paying $42-$49.00 I believe for something that wad suppose to be 23.99 including $6.00 & 2.99 for something else which came to $40 some dollars & I order the coffee mug vase & the business who it was sent to was never told that & the person who received the flowers received a VASE! Which was pretty & the florist made up for the confusion on your part! But if I order something certain from your site I expect the florist to receive what I order! Thanks

I ordered a sash, it was not there. What was sent did not resemble the picture at all. I was very disappointed in the quality - especially since some of the carnations had begun to spoil. Discoloration and smushed. Not at all what I expected.
The only thing is I wish they could have been delivered earlier in the day.
This was my second order and I am so pleased with this company. I got a call from the recipient of the first order of flowers who said that the bouquet was the most beautiful flowers she had ever seen. I ordered the Deluxe size and was pleased with the pricing. The flowers were for my mother who was checking into the hotel on the delivery day. The flowers arrived before she checked in and the staff at Homewood Suites by Hilton had them waiting in her room when she arrived; I wonderful touch which blew her away and made ME #1... for now.
The flowers were beautiful and Mum wants to keep the "lovely vase" the flowers came in. Thanks again!

Your website is not user friendly. I had to re-enter information several times. Also, the bouquet received was a lot more frugal than the one in the picture.
The flowers were just lovely, even better than the picture. The recipient was so pleased with them. They were delivered same day as promised. I was surprised by the $14.99 service fee which did not appear anywhere until the final moment before accepting the order. It would have been nice to know this in advance.

On Thursday May. 11th, 2017 I order some flowers for my partner. I ordered the flowers at 12pm enough time for them to have my order sent to the house before I got home from. But boy was I wrong here it is 8; 50pm and my partners flowers have not arrived still. I called 5 times and spoke to different individuals including a manager named Rusty who stated that they will have my flowers to my home by a certain time and he promised this myself. Well manager Rusty you were wrong still no flowers and you only refunded me $12.00 back! This was suppose to be the big day were I propose to my partner. Well this has been a horrible day you will never get my service again. So thank you for letting me know that your company is not reliable at all.

I did have trouble trying to place the order online. When I would click on review order, it would take me back to the page where I had to enter my credit card again...it did this repeatedly. Finally it worked. Having to type my credit card information in so many times is concerning.
The first time I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday, not only did i pay expediting fees but it never got there on time. I called them and they refunded my expedited fee. The flower presentation was small and it looked like someone rushed to out it together. I decided to give them another try in hoping that I might get my moneys worth. I ordered Mothers day flowers ahead of time before my mother left out of town. Not only did i pay the expedited fee AGAIN but it wasnt delivered on time... AGAIN and the Deluxe flowers I got was smaller than the arrangement I got last time! The lilies looked like they were dying and the edges were brown and they had more fillers in the flowers than actual roses and lillies. They havent responded back to my email and the phone call i made, they had me sitting on the phone for famn near 45 minutes before i hung up! NEVER AGAIN!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
