I placed 2 orders the same day a few minutes behind each other. The first received in a timely manner - within the 4 hours promised. The second was delivered right at the 6th hour. I called at the 5th hour and spoke to someone who would not answer my simple question, which was "Is it not a guarantee that delivery would be within 4 hours?" The representative continued to repeat, "The delivery is on its way."
Because the order was not delivered within the 4 hours guaranteed, I had to reveal to my mother that she was receiving a delivery from me to keep her from leaving the house.
Not satisfied with services!

I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday with same day delivery. They never came. Called back the next day and had to wait on hold for 30 minutes to speak with "James." He tells me some sob story about the company had a bigger order to fill before mine. I had to cut him off to remind him that is not my problem. He said the flowers would come today. (Not my wife's birthday.) He offered a 30% discount. What I really wanted was a time machine so I could go back to yesterday and not use this garbage.

Was easy to order from and your prices were good. My Aunt received her order in the morning and said it was just beautiful. I would highly recommend this company for all your flower needs. There fast delivery was a plus. I checked other flower stores and this was the best price and the best deal. I will use this florist again and recommend them to my friends.

I was surprised with the additional charges after placing the order. It would be more considerate to advise they will be added. And if we pay for same way delivery, why would we also pay for expedited services? I don't want an answer, it just doesn't make sense.\
My mom loved the flowers! She said that they were beautiful and I appreciate that, very much. Thank you!

Long drawn out, hung up on 3 times before order was processed. Couldn't get the day I really needed, but that is okay. They never ringed the door bell she was sitting by it all day. Daughter loved them and took a photo for me. The added fees that get tacked on after you see your total is a bit pricey. So much for a discount. Ordering one more time for Mother's Day. Will see how fast this gets done and how nice the delivery goes.
