Paid for same day delivery, was not properly contacted to be informed that delivery would be late, the next day (a phone call instead of an email would have been nice). Could not change address for new delivery day (for funeral instead of visitation) because my order number could not be found. Overall, the communication could have been better.
I was pleased with the easy to use website. The flowers were beautiful and delivered as promised.
If it says same day it should be same day. However in the end t made it to it's destination and they were very thankful!

Flowers had a inferior look compared to the picture presented on the website. They were also not delivered the day requested.
The prices are great and the flowers are never delivered in a box where one has to figure out how to make the bouquet look decent.
