I bought the most expensive bouquet they can send to my mother-in-law. They send the cheapest looking thing I have ever seen. And then they die two days later. Petals are falling off and they look absolutely terrible. Called to get my money back. They didn't even give me back what was promised 30% my $#*!. More like 5% back. They also sent a new bouquet. The same size. I'm still not happy. I was advertised one thing and got a completely different thing. I had expected something ok. But this. This is unacceptable.
Its been an easy experience but delivery and handling is pretty pricey
My wife sent some balloons and a box of chocolates to her niece last year and after a year, her sister tells her that she just got two small balloons that she could get two for $1 at the $ store, 4 chocolates in an used channel plastic bag with confetti inside. Yesterday, I ordered a fruit basket with cookies and other things for my daughter's birthday that was supposed to be delivered after 3:00 p.m., as instructed. I called to make sure the basket arrived to its destination and the lady told me that it was already delivered. I called my daughter and she told me that she didn't receive it. I called again and another guy didn't find my order, I asked for a Manager, and after 20 minutes on hold, he didn't get the Manager but put me on hold for another 20 minutes trying to solve the problem. He finally tells me that they went to deliver the basket and the office was closed. Of course! They went before 3:00 pm and I was clear not to go before that time. They left the basket next door, they didn't send me any email to let me know until 5:49 pm. My daughter had to go to pick it up next door. People have to careful placing orders from this company, and make sure they deliver what you order. You pay for the items that are described in the order. I will never order from this place again.
Recently I called this company in the morning to order flowers for the same day delivery. They heavily advertise same day delivery if you order before 3 pm. Later that day as I was checking my e-mails I found that they had sent me an email apologizing that the florist they gave this job to wasn't able to complete the order until the following day. I had chosen them because I needed the flowers THAT day. I suggested they should be more careful in following up EVERY order they get so that same day orders are delivered ON TIME AS THEY ASDVERTISE. Also, their bouquets are pretty, but by the time you add the cost for one of their nearby florists to make it, as well as delivery costs, as well as same day costs. It's another $15-$20! I canceled my order and will never use this site again.
I had a bouquet sent to my daughter for mothers day which was 1/2 the actual size it was advertised. It was embarrassing and humiliating. I called them, complained and they said it would be resent on tues. 5/16. That never happened and in fact on wed 5/17 it still was not sent. The florist they were using did not answer their calls and could not be reached to correct the problem, I would never use this online company again.
I ordered a dozen pink roses in a "custom face vase". The website is extremely misleading in the detail of this product. The vase is clear glass and the recipient receives a separate waterproof photo. It's up to the customer to realize that that they need to stick the photograph inside the vase before they fill with water. The image is NOT printed on the vase as it is made to appear on the website. It is not worth it at the extra cost of $12.99. Customer service did not respond to my first request. I had to send a second e-mail to a separate address. To their credit they responded the next day. However, their explanation left me wanting and I will not buy anything from this company in the future.

My fiancé ordered me a bouqet of flowers, supposed to be delivered on the 14th, got an email on the 14th saying they would discount 10% and they'd be delivered on the 16th. Got the arrangement on the 16th and it looked absolutely nothing like the picture. Supposed to be a sunflower bouqet and it didn't include a single sunflower. Severely disappointed!
Buyer Beware! I purchased flowers for my cousin the day we found out she was diagnosed with lung cancer, I paid $70.00 for the largest arrangement along with a Mylar balloon for same day delivery, she received the wrong arrangement, in fact it was a cheaper and smaller arrangement, no balloon, and the writing on the card was the likes of a 3rd grader. I called to have them fix the order and resend the one I purchased, the following day she received the order but without the $5.00 Mylar balloon I paid for. I called to speak with the manager, whose name was Jazmine who did not provide professional customer service. The purpose of me sending the large arrangement that day was to brighten up my cousin's day from receiving such devastating news and she was being discharged from the hospital that day. After speaking with Jazmine the supervisor she only refunded me a small percentage of my purchase and stated I would receive a FREE floral arrangement, FREE delivery at any time and to just use the confirmation order number form the original order. I was still not satisfied, but accepted the offer. I recently called From You Flowers to receive my free arrangement with free delivery and spoke with a representative by the name of Jose to order a Mother's Day arrangement after explaining the offer and ordering he stated I would have to pay $34.00 I explained again what the manager Jazmine stated and Jose hung up on me. I am so disgusted by this company and can not believe they are still in business, I also noticed that they advertise with their logo that News 8 (from 2009) gave them an excellent review, well that channel is in my city and I will notify them of how their company logo is being used to promote false advertisement along with the From You Flowers logo. Either this company needs to revamp the whole business or shut down. I will file a complaint along with the OVER 700 complaints towards this company with the BBB, someone needs to step in, this company is taking hard working Americans money and are not able to produce the service it advertises to provide. SHAME ON YOU- From You Flowers. I pray theses complaints and issues get addressed.
If I could give this company zero stars, I would. Two orders. Both awful. Admin Day - not delivered. I called. Received 20% off. They were delivered next day. Wrong order. Also missing the box of chocolates I added to the order. That part was refunded after three calls.
Mothers Day - flowers delivered TWO days later - although the website says "mother's day delivery guaranteed."

WORST COMPANY EVER! DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM. SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!
1) I ordered flowers a week before mothers day online--the day said they were OK to be delivered then
2) FROM YOU FLOWERS emailed me the DAY OF delivery to tell me that they were going to be there util 3 days AFTER mothers day
3) I then call to complain--I'm on hold for 2 hours
4) I got them to deliver my first order--however when the flowers got there they were DEAD. I sent them a pic to show them--I got my money back OF COURSE
5) The other order I had I agreed to being delivered late --- AGAIN the day of delivery they send me another email telling me they can't be delivered. WHAT! Even after I said OK to them being late?!?! I asked for a full refund.
ALL OF THIS COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED WITH SOMEONE ELSE.

I ordered flowers for my mom (she lives in Miami) almost a week in advance from this company for Mothers Day. To make a long story short, my mom NEVER got her flowers. I called bright and early Monday morning and the customer service agent said they would make another attempt at delivery that same day. They even asked me for my mom's phone number (great way to ruin the surprise) to ensure she got her flowers. 20:00 comes around and still nothing. I called Tuesday morning to ask for a refund and they had the audacity to offer a 30% refund. In the end, I got my full refund however, my Mothers Day surprise was ruined and my mom did not receive anything for mothers day. I will obviously make it up to her no thanks to FromYouFlowers. Horrible company, don't waste your time/money ordering from them!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
