Unfortunately, there was a detail that technology failed to recognize.
The attached card that I composed had the words " - Yesterday - Today - Tomorrow - "
Where the dashes are were supposed to be little hearts that I copied from my character map. But instead of the hearts, the system printed the text representation of the hearts instead. Guess that's on BIG flaw with tech, it tends to delete the human factor that used to be important in this world.

The first order I did was beautiful. When I saw I was getting a credit I was excited because I am ordering these for my son (who is deployed) to send to his girlfriend. Now I really don't feel like I saved any because of the hidden original price then the $14.99 handling fee. I understand, but it was a bummer because we thought it was the credit off the 47ish price. Oh well! :)
The price for the actual flowers does not include shipping and other charges which are about $12 more than some of the other online sellers. I did not realize it and was in a big hurry. I encourage you to shop around because I think you can get a better deal somewhere else. Other than that that was happy with the website and the order. These were for a college graduation and they fit the bill well, arrived on time, and made the recipient really happy!
This is the third time this year I have ordered flowers-each time they were not only delivered on time but very beautiful.
Wish I could have changed the ribbons to pink or the balloon to get well. Otherwise great.

Everything that I ordered arrived on time, it was all carefully packaged,and some consideration was even given to it being a really hot day and items packaged in dry ice to keep them cool.
