This time delivery was late in the afternoon, and Mother's Bday was today. I was hoping for earlier time so she could enjoy them all day. BUT, I am always pleased with the items I order from here. Customer for life.

The bouquet looked very different from the picture on the website. I choose the all purple arrangement because that's my moms favorite color. The arrangement that showed up was very pink and was missing a some of the types of flowers that are in the picture. I feel like if they called me to inform me that they didnt have a certain flower to put into the arrangement or that it would be mostly pink I would have switched my order to something different. I tried to add the pictures here but it wont let me. I would be more than happy to send pictures or what I received vs. what I ordered. It just a little disappointing.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
