When I made my choice of flowers, I chose the "BEST VALUE" option for a mother's day bouquet and it listed it as $8.00 off (reg. 39.99, priced at 31.99), then it said if I entered my email address it would give me a 20% discount - it never gave me this discount. I think it gave me 8 off and not 20% off. I would be happier if the 20% discount that was promised to me would be refunded to my order. Order number is *******.

The birthday flowers I ordered were delivered a day early & not on my mothers actual birthday as directed. The arrangement was smaller than expected and the florist was happy to send over another arrangement which helped with overall satisfaction. Both arrangements were beautiful.
So far so good. My standard is the quality after delivery and promptness especially for an expensive order. The recipient said they were stunning. So i am all good. ~Thank you~

Was a little bit surprised at the price hike at the end. But hope they are worth it.Second day with flowers and already starting to die. I am dissapointed with the lack of freshness of flowers. Do not know if I will go this rought again, it was supposed to be a really special day for us. Just wish they where fresh and not with more then a few with dead tips. Wish I could send you a pic.
