There was an initial mistake with early delivery of the flowers but it was quickly resolved and a second bouquet was sent on the appropriate date with no hassle. The second bouquet was even nicer actually at no extra charge. Mild problem, easily dealt with, and quite satisfactory overall.
Im not happy how the flowers turned out. They don't look as Beautiful as the ones online. They look like they were just thrown in a vase. The ribbon looked awful. Then it took forever to get to my girlfriend's house.
Overall I am not pleased!

I was disappointed. I sent these as a gift and saw them on Day 2 after delivery. Not all were equally fresh. One was wilting. By the third day 2 more flowers started to wilt and the arrangement looked sad. Another arrangement that was delivered from a different florist, on the same day, still looked very fresh on the fifth day when I left. I was also surprised to see a significant "handling" fee tacked on right before I placed my order.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
