Less flowers than I expected.
My best friends son was in the hospital so I sent a get well package complete with smiling sunflower, balloons and a teddy bear. I was thrilled that this site allowed me to send something the next day since I wasn't sure how long he'd be there. A couple days turned into a week and he never received the delivery. When I tracked my package it confirmed delivery on the date I paid for. When I called customer service they informed me the florist "forgot" and then thought it was too late. Are you kidding me? I trusted this site and they let me down. Had I not called, they would've kept my money and felt ok about never having delivered my order. In an attempt to make things better customer service offered to upgrade my get well gift and send it to the child's home. Why would anyone want to send a get well gift to a child who is out of the hospital? I tried to guide the customer service rep away from her script so she could understand what she was offering, but apparently they're trained not to be compassionate. They offered me $20 towards my next order but considering my original order was $70 it's not as if that amount will get me far. I am truly disappointed in this site and the lack of professionalism. I am embarrassed that I trusted them and will not make that mistake in the future. I highly recommend that you do not use this site.

There was no indication before checkout that there would be a service charge or the amount of such charge. Better to be more transparent in terms of customer satisfaction.

I did not get the COLORFUL arrangement I ordered. The florist delivered PLAIN white daisies and attached three non-creative balloons. The collection did not make sense. I am THROUGHLY dissatisfied. I would appreciate it if you would rectify the problem.

I fees/charges I thought were a little steep but probably inline with other companies. This causes me to to think about ordering directly from a florist in the future. By time I got done paying all the fees/other charges it almost doubled what I paid for the flowers.
Your PROMO discount code said it was off my entire purchase ENTIRE SITE but I WAS NOT GIVEN THE DISCOUNT OFF MY ENTIRE PURCHASE, only the flowers. No discount on the additional item I ordered. Not happy

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
