This was a great experience. The final product exceeded my expectations, and my grandmother loved it. I will defiantly be using you again! I was worried because they arrived later than expected, but I sent an email and someone contacted me right away assuring me that my order was on the way. I wish there was something lower than one star to give them. I ordered flowers for my sister in law who was in the hospital on a Saturday. Sunday I wondered why I hadn't got a thank you call, but knew there was a lot going on. Monday I called her to confirm and nothing had arrived. I called From You Flowers customer service and was just told that is was a mistake and that they would refund my expedite fee and delivery fee (I thought that was a big deal, but it turned out to be $8)and get the order out Monday. That afternoon, I was called and told it had not gone out because they couldn't find a local florist that could do it on Monday. He gave me a 25% refund and promised they would go out the next morning, but I was unsure if she would still be in the hospital, he told me to call back later when I knew where it should be delivered. When I called back, they told me they did not have a florist in the area (this is suburban Portland, Oregon, not some rural area), but offered to UPS the order to her. At that point I requested a full refund. Even if they came through this time, the flowers would be delivered four days late and I paid extra for expedited delivery.

I ordered the flowers for a very sick lady. It never mentioned a handling price that drove the cost up from $39 to over $54. I tried to change the size of flowers but it wouldn't give me the option. I want to keep what I ordered. But you should mention the $14 dollar charge when looking and deciding order. Not on checkout page. I didn't want to start all over so I kept what I ordered the Deluxe. When I ordered a dozen roses from another company for $19.00 it showed $10 shipping ahead of time. I'm on a budget. It's not right. Thank you, I hope they are Deluxe and worth the $ I paid. If so I will change my rating. Thanks Katie Thrift
PS She sent me a picture. They do not look like the Happy cheerful flowers I ordered. I sent this to you and including my phone # and haven't heard a word!

Less flowers than I expected.
My best friends son was in the hospital so I sent a get well package complete with smiling sunflower, balloons and a teddy bear. I was thrilled that this site allowed me to send something the next day since I wasn't sure how long he'd be there. A couple days turned into a week and he never received the delivery. When I tracked my package it confirmed delivery on the date I paid for. When I called customer service they informed me the florist "forgot" and then thought it was too late. Are you kidding me? I trusted this site and they let me down. Had I not called, they would've kept my money and felt ok about never having delivered my order. In an attempt to make things better customer service offered to upgrade my get well gift and send it to the child's home. Why would anyone want to send a get well gift to a child who is out of the hospital? I tried to guide the customer service rep away from her script so she could understand what she was offering, but apparently they're trained not to be compassionate. They offered me $20 towards my next order but considering my original order was $70 it's not as if that amount will get me far. I am truly disappointed in this site and the lack of professionalism. I am embarrassed that I trusted them and will not make that mistake in the future. I highly recommend that you do not use this site.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
