My problem was I ordered for saturday May 20th delivery because she was getting out of hospital on friday and I didn't know what time. Instead they were delivered on the 19th FRIDAY a day early.

Don't make me give my credit card number before telling me what the actual total will be. Until I know the total, I am still deciding to buy and may cancel. I am MORE likely to cancel if I expect the total to be $31.99 and it comes up $54.99 because you didn't mention that you charge additional for the delivery, and "expediting", blah, blah, blah, especially if you have made me give a credit card number in advance of disclosure.
